We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted skis and custom-built bikes are considered final sale.

Do you offer professional ski mounting and bike assembly?

Yes, all bikes purchased online are professionally assembled by our technicians before shipping. For skis, we offer complimentary mounting if you purchase both skis and bindings from us.

How long does shipping take for oversized items?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to their size, bikes and skis may require an additional 2 business days for specialized handling and secure packaging.

Can I pick up my online order at a local store?

Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout to collect your gear at any of our retail locations. Most orders are ready within 24 hours.

Do you provide a warranty on your products?
