At Skiis & Biikes, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your outdoor adventures; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, certain items like mounted skis, custom boots, and safety equipment are final sale.

Return Process

  Ensure your gear is in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of the purchase date.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label, or bring your gear directly to any Skiis & Biikes retail location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
