The true locking mechanism on this pedal doesn't rely on spring tension for security, and this means entering and exiting the pedal is easy and unintended release is virtually impossible. These pedals also boast quality without compromise with 3 bearings compared to the others that only use 2 and metal-on-metal locking edges on the cleats for durability and safety. As well as this, the bearings allow for unbeatable cornering clearance, giving a 37 degree cornering.
