Performance Speed 6 is very versatile wax, with its best conditions being cold to moderate weather conditions. The area of application ranges from being a base wax for racing products to a racing wax by itself, and as a base-prep wax for cold skis. PS6 has good durability and provides excellent glide on both natural and artificial snow. Glide wax for ski trips, training and base prep.
PS6 is applied with a waxing iron on either snowboard, alpine skis or cross-country skis. The speed of the waxing iron should be approx. 8-10 seconds for a skating or alpine ski.
The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 min.) for better durability. It is important to have a good waxing iron in order to melt the wax efficiently. PS6 can be used as a racing wax alone or as a base wax for final wax layers.Â
